Amazing, service and product. Odette was very helpful when we were let down by a local supplier, she sent samples in the post after we placed the order, this informed our decision to switch to a different grass product which we thought better suited our garden, this was very helpful. She also noticed after sharing pictures of our garden that we had a trampoline and sent a quite sizable offcut to help protect our new grass.
