DO NOT STAY HERE. We recently stayed at this hotel for the Manchester Marathon weekend and, like a previous reviewer, paid a £250 deposit, which we were assured would be refunded within 2 weeks following our stay. It is still outstanding 3 weeks later despite assurances given in a telephone conversation with the hotel at 2.03pm on 29th April 2023. The condition of the apartment was vacated in the same condition as we had arrived. The TV didn’t have a terrestrial connection. The bathroom door lock was faulty such that the occupant could be locked in without being able to escape. A kitchen drawer slide rail was broken. The dining room table was wobbly. The fire escape instructions and means were inadequate. We will be pursuing this matter through Trading Standards.
