Avoid at all costs unless you somehow enjoy uneven haircuts, rushed/double-booked service, botched dye jobs, shocking rudeness and a blatant lack of professionalism. The rating has been elevated by the nail and lash services which seem decent but literally no one I know in Fulham has had a positive hair experience here - the prices are reasonable but it's really not worth the risk, please value yourself and go somewhere reputable!
