Don't bother trying to get help from GMMH. They can't answer simple questions, will waste your time with meaningless back and forths (I'm at around 2-3 years now) and will ultimately give you the runaround while you try to chase them up for the most basic help. Expect to get worse while waiting and hoping rather than actually receiving help from this "service".

GMMH cares for its patients the best they can but are falling far short for how they treat their staff at present. I work in inpatient services. They run on unsafe staffing levels causing assaults on staff and poor staff retention. Hospitals within the trust don’t work together to help patients but instead look out for themselves in the interest of risks. Management are too busy worrying about cqc visits to care about staff on the wards.
