I am a 19 year old girl who just arrived in the uk about three years ago with my family of six, after the three year our biometric card expired and I didn’t knew where to go or what to do or let’s say how to do anything to get a new one… I was so scared that the government might kick us out of the country if we not replace the expired cards with a new once, I looked everywhere and asked everyone until I found this place and within three month of working with them and sorting things out with our wonderful solicitor Nadia hussain who worked really hard and was so polite and kind with us we got indefinite leave to remain and we have never been happier, we thank everyone who works in this place especially miss Nadia for making us smile once again. I had an asylum case and in a desperate situation after being refused. When looking for solicitors they couldn't take new cases, we had to pay for it or they wanted to take advantage. When GMIAU took my case I was relief, not just because they took my case but because I felt safe with them. Max Goddard and Ryan Bestford were always very kind and helpful, always explaining into details the process and kept me updating me my case. I went to the office a few times and the staff was very friendly and willing to help.
