Appalling Customer Service. Booked a 6pm appointment for my elderly mother. Unfortunately I was stuck in heavy traffic and contacted the practice at 17.35 to inform them of this. They said they would pass this information on. I arrived at 18.15 hrs and the shutters were down in the shop and the podiatrist was outside. He explained that the late arrival hadn't been passed on and he had sterilised everything and I would have to re-book. Totally unsympathetic and extremely poor customer service. I will not be using this podiatrist again.
