This is the first letter I have received of the kind but implies that I have ignored past letters. When I call up there is just no answer. Disgusting treatment. And don't even get me started on their so called contact number it didn't even work! have been trying for 9 days straight it just keeps ringing or just hangs up. this is a prime example of how messed up our justice system is
