    Sick to the back teeth of receiving letters and parcels for Catterick Garrison. The address happens to be the same road and number but they are CLEARLY marked GARRISON. if I don't catch the post person I'm obliged to take the delivery to the sorting office myself. Its getting ridiculous and it gets worse at Christmas.

    Yet again the postman decides not to ring the doorbell when we are in the house, preferring to pop a card through the door, asking us to go up the hill to collect the parcel they were asked to deliver. And yet again the opening times of the office have changed to make it more difficult to collect undelivered post. I have long been a supporter of RMG against the other couriers but I am beginning to feel that my loyalty is being poorly rewarded

    Once again shocking service from Royal Mail! Delivered parcel 2 hours after the allocated time slot and then I realised the driver only delivered 1 of my 2 parcels. Why can’t your delivery workers do their job properly? Embarrassing.

    I can't see why Royal Mail give timings for parcels to be delivered as they never arrive at the time stated. Yet again you stay in and wait and wait nothing. Should we blame covid 19 for sending out times we can expect delivery. Poor poor service yet again.
