Everything was handled with care and there was no damage at all. Adam and his team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We not only moved home, but relocated too back in May 2021. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we needed an extra van, this was sorted out straight away. Professional, on time, a great quote and everything was perfectly secure and intact at the other end. Adam went over and above moving our furniture into each room, carefully and precisely. We opted for dismantle and assembly and so glad we did! We highly recommend Great Removals, but specifically Adam and his team.

Incredible service and understanding on a very difficult move. Known obstacles such as the restricted access to my original house, as well as the dismantling and reassembly of furniture was handled perfectly, however it was the unknown problem that arose during the day where the team really stood out. Due to issues with access to my new house, the team had to wait around for 4 hours after their allotted time while we waited on the seller. They were so helpful and made sure the job was done right which made a stressful day far easier than it would have been. You would be hard pressed to find a better service! Super professional and responsive straight from the initial enquiry. When the team turned up they worked like trojans from the get go whilst always being friendly and helpful. Adam and his team not only shifted a mountain of belongings but also dismantled and rebuilt beds, wardrobes and drawers! I would recommend Adam to anyone looking to move.
