Impossible to get through on the phone. I've been trying since 8 (when they open) and 15 minutes later I'm nowhere bear getting an appointment. I've even had my call denied multiple times. This is utterly ridiculous and makes it extremely difficult for disabled people like myself to get appointments when we are the ones (on paper) who need the appointments most. Not only that but I've had some awful experiences with dismissive doctors here. If you can, go elsewhere

I signed up to the doctors surgery only recently and I have to say, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful if they tried, even during the covid restrictions they helped put my mind at ease and feel welcome. Would highly recommend

I signed up to the Great Notley Surgery this morning. The process was simple and quick. I also received such a warm welcome from the reception staff. They immediately made me feel at ease - very professional and jovial. The surgery felt safe - it was clean and calm - extremely well organised and managed. I was told to call back for a new patient appointment next week. This made me feel so well cared for! :) I had to write a review, because it has been a long time since I have had such a positive experience at a GP surgery. Thank you Notley for all your hard work.

Have found all staff very helpful. Reception staff always have a smile in their voice, on the phone and in person, nurses are lovely, GP's have always been helpful and attentive and the dispensary team are great. Staff have used facemasks for face to face appointments and screens in front of dispensary and reception so always felt safe there.
