I have had a very bad experience with them; they would not chase tenants for arrears. When I moved to another agent, they had no record of the payment history, so the new agent couldn't chase the arrears either. Great Move took months to transfer the tenants deposit to the new agent. Communication with Great Move has been very strenuous and difficult. We were paying full management fee but didn't receive full management. Overall experience has made me feel very disappointed and stressed

The worse managing agents in walsall. They have been managing my property for number of years, but it was sub letted illegally. The property was damaged which I had to bear the costs, I had to give notice to different tenants living at the property. However, this company owes me my rent which they are not paying and not providing me a copy of the tenancy agreement. There was no tenancy agreement in place and soon they will be reported to property ombudsman. Please do NOT use this agency or deal with Kais or Ali.

Absolutely terrible company. They have a house advertised on zoopla, I rang to arrange a viewing , got to the viewing after a 30 minute drive, after them not arriving 10 minutes later I rang them to find out that they hadn’t left the estate agents because they have cancelled the appointment and failed to tell me. After rearranging, they again cancelled. I understand that the property is tenanted, I then emailed asking for any any information about the property, after 9 days and no reply I then rang as a new customer with an intention of arranging a viewing to which they told me the property is being rented out for nearly £200 more than what they told me previously. I again asked for information on the property and they said they would email me, again nothing from them. Terrible estate agents and I can only apologise to the owner of the property on central avenue in Cannock that the reason their property is not being sold is because of the poor management from this company.
