If you want a good NHS dentist look elsewhere. I did and was fortunate enough to find a lovely dentist in Chelmsford on Moulsham Street. I had been with Dunmow dental care for several years and have never been impressed with their work or attitude. Poor !

Have had two appointments, both of which were cancelled within a few hours of the appointment being due Called for an emergency appointment and booked in for 4:30 the following day, called at midday and advised they couldn’t do an emergency appointment despite booking it for me the day before. Poor service, no explanations and frankly I would suggest looking elsewhere for dental needs.

I phoned in to schedule an appointment and the receptionist promised to give me a call back the same day before closing time. She didn’t. I called and left a message, asking them to call me back the next day. They didn’t. It’s now 3 days ago and I haven’t heard anything and can’t get through to speak to anyone. Terrible service.
