    Would not recommend this company to anyone unfortunately. Ordered on the 16th of February received no further information regarding shipping or delivery time as of today.Very slow to ship orders emailed them on 3rd of March was told I would have shipping information that evening or early Monday and still nothing. Wished I had seen the reviews for this company before I ordered anything.

    I ordered a Seeland jacket upon arrival unfortunately it had issues and needed to be returned for a new jacket to be sent out which they have done. There communications aren't brilliant, but they have eventually resolved all the issues I had with regards to the jacket and them as a business.

    Would never use this company again - even if the item was free! The problem is not the products, the problem is the lack of customer service, following returns/refund laws and postal service. I purchased an item as a Christmas present, and was stated “order now to receive before christmas”, I did this and paid the maximum postage. To then find out afterwards that their postal service was Royal Mail, and with the strikes I knew this wouldn’t arrive in time. They failed to state this anywhere or email me with any updates. Thankfully I waited it out rather than purchase another item elsewhere, and the item arrived just in time via DHL (there was no update regarding this from the company, which would have saved the stress of thinking I would be without the present on Christmas Day) The product was fine, but didn’t fit, so when I try to return the item, I discover you have to pay for returns. So in addition to the £6.95 postage, I now have to pay TRACKED return £7.80 to receive my refund. This was on the 4th January, on the 6th, the company receive the item and sign for it. On 19th January, after no email, update or refund - I contact Cieran on the online chat, to be told that I’d receive my refund at the end of the week, yet nothing in writing, no explanation and certainly no customer service. He simply stated they are a small business and can’t afford to run a better system than this. When I explained their lack of communication in the beginning with the delivery of the item, he stated using DHL and “upgrading” my postage, as if I should be grateful when this is something they had to do off the back of advertising that the item would be received before Christmas. I still paid the maximum postage, therefore they hadn’t helped me in any way other than providing a service that I’d already paid for. 4 days later, a new week and way over the 14 days refund period, still no refund or communication regarding the time it’s taken. I chase the payment again, to be told they’ll look into it. This is simply not good enough, to purchase a £40 hat with over £15 on postage fee’s, and a complete lack of customer device, nothing offered as an apology, and still have no refund despite them having my money for over a month and my returned product for over 20 days, is awful. Seriously, shop elsewhere - it is not worth the stress.
