I approached several kitchen companies prior to visiting the Great British Kitchens Showroom (on the recommendation of a well-off friend!), not really believing that I could afford such a beautiful high-end kitchen. I was wrong! Vince listened and really heard what I wanted to achieve and showed me what could be done within my budget. I was impressed by Vince’s knowledge & professionalism from start to finish: working with the architect, builders and more than one change of plan (due to structural issues with the build), working to budget and always responding in a timely professional manner. This made the process much less stressful than it otherwise could have been. The team of fitters were equally impressive: - their attention to detail and finish second to none – I knew I was in ‘safe hands’. We just took delivery of a wonderful new kitchen fully designed, built and installed by the Great British Kitchens team. From our first interaction at their wonderful showroom, through the design process and right through to their on-time delivery everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable, professional and experienced. They answered all our silly questions and calmly dealt with a late change in colour and Vince even offered to come and help us navigate all our new state of the art equipment (although we managed to work it out).
