Tried to call them today no answer and says on website they open? Sister collected my medicine from there over a week ago and looked in bag not all medication there! GP surgery said definately issued it to them so BP high as no tabs again no answer deja vu!

Very poor reception, staff ignore you and keep you waiting without any explanation with politeness. Never answer telephone calls, just keep disconnecting. I had my covid booster jab in September 2021 and it’s nearly end of December, my GP has still not received updated information regarding my covid booster jab already administered by them.
