I went to West Brom to get the part and Todd west the most knowledgeable person I met, I found out that I had the wrong part and got a full refund of the drive shaft that I had purchased. Todd explained the issue with the part I ordered and why it was different to the one I needed. Excellent service, definitely recommend

Avoid like the plague. Sell faulty parts and blame the buyer. As dodgy as they come, doesn’t justify one star. Just read their response, it’s shocking we have business like this in the Uk. Bought an engine on that came with lots of parts missing/loose, the timing was also out. Contacted this firm who managed to wiggle out of the refund by a technicality. If this business was reputable then it would of been happy to resolve the scrap engine they sold me. Like I said, avoid at all costs and don’t believe there false responses to reviews
