"No space for Anny appointment or a call back from the GP, call 111" is what u will be told constantly after trying to get thru for 4 hours a day, I fear for the day this goes wrong and someone in this place will have to answer for this behaviour of the receptionist

Worst receptionist, they are so rude and need to get some customer service training. It's almost impossible to get an appointment and when you do finally get through to book an appointment, the GPs take the best part of a day before they call you back just to be told to rush to them to be seen. Not sure why they just can't give you an appointment to see a GP when you call as it's such a waste of time having to wait for hours for the GP to call and just for them to tell you to come in for an assessment in the surgery.

Receptionist is a horrible lazy woman and considering all the other reviews mention how rude she is I’m not the only one dealing with this issue the gp should fire her before their reputation is pushed off a cliff even more

The Care Quality Commission says this on their report - "Patients said they found it easy to make an appointment with a named GP and that there was continuity of care, with urgent appointments available the same day." I must be living in a parallel universe in that case!

I have always looked up to the GP Surgery and when I need them the most they don't want to know I work in the NHS and understand how hard it is but the reception staff really do need to learn some people skills and if they don't like the job then leave. I have been to minor injuries today and called the doctors and was turned away by both. I work in a hospital and now understand why people turn up in A&E its because noone in the community will help them absolutely outrageous i will not being going to A&E. This has made me feel very valuable knowing noone will help you when you need it most.

Pants. They do not care about their patients, only how they are seen on social media. Having recently received a letter how a comment I replied to can damage their reputation, well safe to say they’ve done it all on their own by reading the reviews here. I absolutely adore my GP here, she’s amazing but unfortunately all they care about is how their receptionists feel or how they are perceived via social. I’m 1 month overdue my anxiety meds now as I do not wish to attend a surgery this petty over serious health conditions which they never check up on. You can’t ever get an appointment, do yourself a favour - go private. You get everything you need & treated like a human. Do NOT recommend
