Yesterday the Lady at the Counter didn't accept a Pistage Number and wanted to see QR Code. Today, when I showed her the QR Code, she refused to accept for Scanning and sent me out to get printout of the Return Label... ..... ... ..very weird behavior.

Excellent service from both staff members. Work very hard during very busy times & are very knowledgeable. Some people have no patience or manners in the cue ...they need to leave! Great Post office & if they close for lunch ...so what, they deserve a break !! Go back later! Not the staffs fault if the website shows incorrect opening hours either.

Payed for special delivery on25th July,after having paid fella behind the counter he said it may not go today ,I may have to close early because of the heat ,what sort of service is this. And guess what it's still there on the 26th, although the guy at post office assures us it's gone , but item hasn't been scanned out,absolute joke,so much for guaranteed next day delivery
