I’ve known Gary since we were small boys so when my brother Stephen passed away in April 2021 I didn’t think twice about who to ask To manage the funeral Gary was fantastic from the first day he took charge he made sure Steve’s body didn’t get sent away to some holding place in Surrey he personally went to collect Steve’s body from Romford hospital and took it to his funeral parlour in at the time Harold White Chingford Mount he just managed everything fantastically I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gary he really looked after us me my dad bless him my sister Michelle he was just a phone call away I did call him quite a few times probably got on his nerves a bit but he was very supportive and understanding just made the whole horrible experience for want of a better word so much easier to handle with his professionalism and expertise I am glad to call Gary a friend I’ve known him since we were very young and also he’s so very professional

Gary cared for my dad when he passed. My sister and I had never had to arrange a funeral before so to arrange one at the height of our grief was difficult. Gary helped us in every way possible. My dad was treated with the respect he deserved and my sister and I the care we needed. Gary genuinely cares about everyone he is looking after and we will always be thankful we chose Gary to care for our dad on his final journey.

Gary has provided me and my family with a unique level of support throughout the process to arrange my husband's funeral. He came to my home to arrange the details, which helped to create a personal relationship with myself and my son, and he was constantly available at all hours to answer the many questions I had. He maintained communication with me throughout, and created a bespoke personal funeral for our family. On the day of the funeral, Gary was very sensitive to our needs, he supported us and explained every step of the day. He gave our family time to reflect, and we did not feel under time pressure at all. Gary also ran our service as our Celebrant, and his words were so relevant and personal, which meant so much to our family. There are not enough words to express how grateful we are to Gary for his support, and also for his care and sensitivity to my son. What can I say about this man. From the moment I phoned to tell him my husband had died very unexpectedly, he was there for me and my children. Any question we had he was able to answer and everything we thought of he dealt with for us. The comments we are receiving from family and friends all say the same thing - it was amazing (if you can say funerals are amazing) and a great farewell to my husband. Myself and my children cannot thank him enough for everything that he did to make everything run so smoothly. A BIG THANK YOU GARY
