Tom and James managed to fit us in at very short notice yesterday without any fuss at all. They came promptly, despite their hectic schedule, and sorted out our minor emergency highly effectively. They were polite, respectful and highly professional. It was immediately clear, due to their harnesses, ropes and expertise, that safety is their prime consideration. My wife and I were highly impressed with their whole operation, and it’s outcome.
