Reasonably efficient service, although I specified when I booked that I wanted a full set of wiper blades ordered and fitted. On picking up the car, I found that this request hadn't been recorded so wasn't completed. Also, I live 2 hrs away and when I got home I discovered that service logbook hadn't been filled in, a very basic mistake for a service agent.
