This was originally a 5-star review. After two months, it has become a one-star. Buying a car from here was a great experience until you look at the paperwork and the hidden figures. I bought a car for £62500 two months later the buyback value of that car was £50000 (HR OWEN offered £44250) losing £12500 in 8 weeks or if I sold it HR Owen 18k. Dealer blamed on the fluctuating price of car in a volatile market but was still selling the similar model for £62k. I'm appalled by the pure greed this dealer has shown I thought the days of rouge car sales was over and will be avoiding Sytner in the future one of the biggest perhaps that's why they can just rip people off a could not care less.

To be clear my issue is with the Maserati Levante diesel rather than this particular dealer. Beware…. This vehicle is not suitable should you do lots of short journeys Oil changes will be required every 12 to 16 weeks or so and can only be carried out through the dealership at an eye watering cost for an oil change Service schedule is also compromised by short journeys usage and could be as low as 8000 miles rather than the quoted 12500 miles Maserati customer care simply say all of my experience is as a result of me taking short journeys Please note that they do not define a short journey and simply hide behind this Not recommended at all
