As my dog ate my prescription sun glasses i needed both an eye test and new glasses! I was very impressed with the Covid safety measures in place to ensure everyone's safety The examination included photo of eyes which was very reassuring. The lady helping me to chose the frames was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble The glasses only took a few days to arrive and I was very pleased with the look and fit - just need some sun now Thank you Gray's for great service - can thoroughly recommend this optician

Upon my recent visit I did not find this optician to be particularly child friendly. I left disappointed but since then have appreciated a phone call admitting that at time of covid people can be understandably easily stressed and their approaches to children are hopefully being improved. It's a difficult situation for everyone.
