I stuck it just a few months. Overall, the team was toxic with a manager who was not compatible and did not engage well with the service user. Staff were expected to work over 12 hours if staff expected on shift were absent. Meeting scheduled at short notice and expected to attend on rest days. I did not like this experience and glad I left.

Arranged an interview for 2/5/23 and it was changed as the person interviewing me was running late that happens so rearranged it for 10:30 5/5/23 interview took place 10:30 and by 13:30 the job was gone because the person who had the position changed there mind absolute joke avoid this company

Support staff superb. One of the residents came to purchase a rollator from Express Hearing and Mobility, this gentleman was accompanied by two lovely, bubbly ladies who turned out to be his support staff. The repore these three people had were electric. They laughed and joked with each other and me. This gentleman clearly appreciated these lovely ladies and their opinion. I sincerely hope I have the pleasure of meeting these wonderful people and other staff and residents again. Thank you for your custom and brightening my day. Look forward to seeing you soon.

Waited weeks from interview. Why there has to be 2 interviews God knows theyre both similar! If you dont answer phone straight away they are rude and threaten to dump you ye its ok for t the manager to take a day to return your call. False start date promises..I gave up in the end found something else!

I was disappointed with the way the Company runs. The interviewers never keep to time, you have an interview at 9am and it doesn't hold till 3pm, then when is time for the second interview they don't get in touch with you the day the interview is suppose to take place then two days later they send you an email saying they can't get hold of you . They don't even have a Skype account. It was a waste of time knowing this Company. Check some where else Good luck!

Management are liars dont expect any support they do not deal with situations professionally at all serious flaws in there interview process not a place you really want to work if you care for people genuinely this is not the place money is the main objective as it is in many of the care company's.
