They also give out a welcome pack to new lettings and purchasers which is a fab idea and is full of local goodies and information. Shocking Agent, did not call back as promised and when I got through, the property in question had gone under offer, ‘over the asking price’ I heard this Janice woman shout across the office. Woman I spoke to on the phone (do not know her name), was rude in the extreme. Very unprofessional, and I have been developing for over 40 years, so I should know the difference. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
