I'll start with, I'm not a frequent garden center visitor. That said, I was quite impressed by Dobbies. There was a great selection of plants, with the different types of plants fairly easy to find. On this occasion I was just after outdoor plants but I did notice the garden furniture, giftware, cafe, and a food section. The checkout experience was pleasant enough.

It’s cold today, you have no heating on, your cafe is cold. Everyone sat with coats on! Like most garden centres you’re not cheap! I don’t care it’s May, this is England, put your heating on. An absolutely rubbish experience
