I went to gravity wandsworth for my partners birthday on Saturday. We had a birthday package booked for 10 of us. When I say that we had the most fun time throughout the day. All the activities were great and the staff were so lovely. We also paid for the unlimited drinks package which was more than worth the money… the bar staff there were truly amazing and we had so much fun talking with them and mad the experience that much better. Thank you to the team!!! Shakira, Michael, Eliyah and Renz they all deserve a raise 🤩⭐️

We booked the 15 mins e-karting experience. Systems went down when we arrived and they never told us until we were there. They said they couldn't confirm that we signed the H&S document, even when we showed them our QR codes. When asked, they said that "it wasn't an issue on their side" even when there was nothing we could do. They later told us that we could do the experience, but it wasn't until they sent us to the karts and I asked them that we knew that they were not gonna track times and there was no scoreboard. They were also very rude all the way, rushing us and not wanting to answer questions. We paid for a full experience and there was NOTHING in terms of compensation for almost not letting us do the karting (when it wasn't our fault), not having a scoreboard and other minor features that come with Karting from previous times I have been there. This was my third time there, and I don't currently foresee a fourth one with how poorly it all went and how rude part of the staff was with us.

Negative point were the go karts, the staff was rude and seemed annoyed, plus in the whole session I maybe only completed one lap at normal speed: they kept slowing down the go karts for the slightest contacts (they made us go 9 at the same time, the runway isn't big, so it's not surprising if you brush against it). (Original) Nel complesso una bella sala giochi per passare un pomeriggio con amici. É un po' caro, ma essendo a Londra non mi stupisco. Nota negativa sono stati i go kart, il personale era scortese e sembrava scocciato, in più in tutta la sessione ho forse completato un giro solo a velocità normale: continuavano a rallentare i go kart per i più minimi contatti (ci hanno fatto andare in 9 contemporaneamente, la pista non è grande, perciò non c'è da stupirsi se ci si sfiora).

We where put in a group with someone using twice as much time as the rest. So every other round we had problems. (And signs saying “overtaking not allowed”). Due to this we where allowed to run one time for free…Then the manager came and stopped us and said no.
