Cracking company there was a small problem with how the order was accepted on their side but they very quickly resolved it and sent the product and got it next day. Install of the fn2 short shifter was abit of a fiddle with all the sharp sections of metal but overall experience was outstanding and I'm really happy with the product and company. 10/10 would buy from here again.

Ordered cat back stainless steel exhaust from gravity performance. I hadn't intended fitting an full after market system but finding I couldn't find an oem back box and the dealer only part was £695 their full system at £299 looked a bargain. The workshop who fitted it for me commented how easily it fitted due to the reduced diameter end pipe. It has added a nice note to the exhaust as well as improved throttle response and has restored the cars fuel efficiency to boot. Really happy with this cost and performance effecive upgrade.

Genuinely nothing bad to say about these guys. The parts fit well, are high quality and are very well priced. On top of that the customer service is top tier. I needed part of an intercooler kit that i had bought from them, emailed them and it was dispatched a few hours later. 10/10

Awful company do not buy from them. They sell products that are hazardous and not fit for purpose. Had many issues with a secondary de cat exhaust part, acknowledged my complaint at first I supplied a lot of evidence but they still do not want to know. Cheap fixtures and fitting as resulting in the fitting of this product being totally off, so bad to the point I’d feel ashamed in selling it on to another owner not wanting them to go through the same issues. Nevertheless the product was £299 and now it’s £170 which proves all about how the product is awful and they know it and want to get rid of their produced stock. Please I encourage not to buy exhaust parts from this place go to a local exhaust shop or buy from miltek you will save in the long run and save on the stress too very shady company

Fitted the DPF delete I purchased for my 335d today and it looks the part but fitment leaves a bit to be desired (fits where it touches, only 1 bracket lined up after a bit of manipulation and the flange is very thick so took some fiddling around with the clamp on the turbo.) it's on now though and has the desired effect

Purchased a full exhaust system, strut brace and Universal Oil Cooler kit for my car. Was sent the exhaust bits and the strut brace but no oil cooler, contacted Gravity to be told it wasn't in stock (still shows in stock on website) and they were "sorry" nobody had the decency to let me know. Now fighting to get my money back as they claim as I paid with Klarna they need to refund me but no other company on Klarna that we have dealt with has said this is the case. Klarna now trying to get hold of them to find out why they won't refund me the £134.99 for the oil cooler they never sent out

The product is of a very high quality and standard and does exactly what it says on the tin. No fitment issues. Once I collected it the person I spoke to was very friendly and offered any support that I may need. Highly recommend these! Will be my go to for anything I need in the future
