I'm 3 weeks into the 3 month professional course. If you can do this course, then I highly recommend it. It is tough, you are training a full 5 days a week, the teachers will push you. Eventhough you are pushed to your limits, it is done with understanding and with care to the body. Yes it is a tough training, but the empathy and understanding really balance it out. In these 3 weeks I have learnt such valuable lessons. You have a pilates teacher too, these classes really helps you understand your body and how to work it correctly. Also the girls I'm training with, well I couldn't ask for a better group of people to train with. There is so much support on each other to succeed, from students and teachers, it really is lovely. My best advice to anyone considering doing a intensive course with gravity circus is, do it!!! You won't regret it.

The trapeze instructor Oliver was incredibly rude and inflexible. I felt that I was not welcomed there, before even having the opportunity to try a class. Not returning for sure.
