Great activity for kids of all ages. Staff are very helpful and supportive to participants. Extremely safe and a great confidence builder/booster. Lots of different walls to try, ranging from easy to hard. 30mins session for about £15. Highly reccomended!

Great fun for kids. Food order was incorrect and they shut the kitchen as soon as the food had been sent out, so they were unable to correct the order. Loud banging by staff after the lights went out seemed unnecessary. Toilets needed to be repaired - one cubicle had a door completely missing and another didn't lock.

If you want somewhere for the kids to let off steam, and let's face it that's why we are here then this is perfect and excellent for birthdays... Food and drinks available, recommend the slush drinks that are situated at the side as kids soon get thirsty with all the running around and jumping here.. Bit pricey to start, but you can get as many refills as you want and are very economically sound if your kids are willing to share..!! (catch my drift..??) Have given this four stars purely because I wish they had more seating, toilets upstairs on a separate level would have been great if seating had been extended to here as well. Public toilets just outside Gravity with full disability needs met..

We did some rock climbing and it was a great experience... Luke on the rock climbing section was awesome. guided us very patiently and was very very helpful. He was modest when we praised him, took a lot of pics (on our request) while we were doing the activities... We will be coming back as long as there are staff like him...':
