Orbital in Luton is much better. Half the stuff at gravity was closed, staff were unhelpful and toilets were filthy. Reported a exposed metal bar and foot trap and staff looked at it and did nothing about it.

Hardly any staff around. They’re quite young and visibly are annoyed with each other. Definitely need extra training or something. Facilities were clean and plenty to do. Lockers are free which is great.
