Took my car in after Ford main dealer had quoted thousands to replace gearbox. The guys at Gravesend Transmissions had it for a couple of days and it didn't have any errors. They were honest and communicated well. In the end, didn't get any work done, but felt they were trustworthy and would go back again if there are further issues.

Outstanding service received from Gravesend Transmissions and I can thoroughly recommend them. They swiftly diagnosed and replaced a faulty Mechatronics unit on my Golf GTD and also went above and beyond to secure authorisation from my warranty company. Everything was so simple. I was dealt with by Dave and Jamie who did a fantastic job. Cannot be more grateful for the service given how stressful a gearbox issue can be and how expensive they are to rectify.
