This is one of the more attractive large railway stations I've visited it has a large bicycle storage facility and being a railway station has good connections to somewhere other than gravesend.

Train incorrectly marked as travelling to Favesham but was supposed to be travelling to st pancras, me and my friend who is not from the area (me who is from Plymouth so has no idea where favers4ham is and one who is from Luton so does not know Kent geography) decided that since this train is going to Favesham and had no information of where it will be calling we wont get on it and wait for our actual train, that was until we realised that the train we was supposed to be on had left (the Favesham train) so we had to wait 45 minutes to get on another train that would not take 5 years to reach our destination

This service is horrible. The website said I could collect the ticket at Gravesend train station but when I got there, I couldn't. I had to buy another one. Terrible service!! I would not give any star at all... Thief !!!!

A big thank you to a member of staff at Gravesend train station yesterday. I was approached by a very drunk man whilst waiting for a lift home. He asked me for a lift and became very persistent when I refused. The situation could have escalated if it hadn't been for the member of staff there at the time who intervened and asked if I needed assistance. He dealt with the man in a very prompt but polite and professional manner. Thank you very much - 5 stars! :)
