Absolutely shocking! DO NOT RECOMMEND. This model shop took advantage of my 15yr old son who has additional needs, He saved his birthday money for a specific model train (£85) ordered it through there website, money was taken but no train. I have tried multiple times, via phone & email to get some correspondence to no avail, we have received nothing, no return calls or emails refund NOTHING!
