Nothing was too much trouble. We initially came to look at a different car but we were also showed lots of other cars that they just had in, one of which we ended up buying! I bought a good quality, well priced first car for my son and found everything about the Garage and sales team first class. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Moreover, there was no pushing for a sale, just a professional team who were there for us. The car was well presented and very competitively priced. What was particularly nice was the preparation of the car for us to pick up. The Gravel Hill Car team had gone out of their way to clean, valet and touch the car up to ensure it was in top shape to be collected. The garage is a real gem, with nice staff and a level of service and trustworthiness that is highly commendable. I would absolutely recommend for those in need of a great second hand car experience.

Superb customer service. Jack was fantastic and i hope Dave has recovered from my driving ! My car was MOT'd and the advisory was dealt with. Jack delivered my car which was a huge plus for me.
