Once you have selected your cottage, you can fill out a booking form online or over the phone. We will then confirm the booking and send you all the necessary information via email.How are deposits and payments handled?
To secure your booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the total rental fee. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival date. We accept payments via credit/debit card or bank transfer. If you book within 6 weeks of your arrival date, the full rental fee is due at the time of booking.What happens if there is an issue with the vacation rental during my stay?

We rented all four properties for an extended family get together. The cottages were perfect for our needs and the quality of the interiors, lovely outdoor spaces, quality games room and well equipped kitchens meant that everyone from age 10 to 80 in our group thought that Gravel Farm was the perfect location for our celebration weekend. Accessibility was excellent for the older generation, the youngsters loved the play opportunities inside and out and Daisy the dog loved it too! The whole place was spotless and I have never come across such a well equipped holiday rental. Willow cottage was the perfect party location but the clever design meant that those who were sleeping there could still get peace and quiet if they needed it. It was so well equipped and we found enough glasses/ plates etc for the whole extended group were already in Willow cottage which was so convenient. The service from Davina, James and their team was excellent throughout the booking process and all weekend. We couldn’t fault anything at all… they really had thought of everything! Thoroughly recommend these cottages! Thank you so much- we are so glad we chose this place to celebrate our dad’s big birthday!

Gravel Farm was a fantastic venue for the hen party weekend we organised. Willow cottage and Oak cottage were faultless, beautifully put together and cleaned to a very high standard! We loved the security of having the gate to the farm that only registered mobiles could open - it felt very safe. Willow cottage was a great base for our activities, with everything we could have wanted from a venue and more. Thank you for having us, Gravel Farm!

An amazing place. This rental is in an ideal location just 20odd minutes to Cambridge center. More than spacious bedrooms with some onsuites. Towels and bed lining supplied. The living/ kitchen room is really spacious and well planned out with vibrant colours and funky furniture from the likes of John lewis. The kitchen itself has all the mod cons and plenty of fridges/ freezer space. It also houses washing machine and tumble dryer. The garden is really big and a lovely size patio with garden furniture. Well worth staying here

We took all 4 cottages for a big family Christmas and they couldn't have worked any better! Each property is amazing and it was great that people had their own space, if needed. We also brought a few dogs and it was great that they were able to stay out of the main house. We have stayed in a lot of large holiday properties and these cottages are by far the best we've ever used. They are so well equipped and everything is of an amazing standard, from the bedding and towels to everything in the kitchen. Having access to multiple ovens made Christmas dinner for 18 a breeze! The team were great in the run up to the booking, patiently answering a lot of questions! We'll definitely be back.

Amazing stay in Oak Cottage. Immaculately clean and so comfortable with everything we could have wished for. The walk from the farm around the beautiful reservoir was fantastic, enjoying the varied wildlife - roe deer, hares, rabbits, herons and a multitude of birds. The chocolate brownies were just the best too, thank you. Also the thoughtful gifts for our dog, Storm. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
