I didn't know good old fashioned GP services existed any more until I moved to this area and this practice, - all I can say is wow, fantastic service on each of the 3 occasions I have had need to contact the surgery in the last couple of months from Receptionists to GPs and added bonus of pharmacy on site....

The dispensary staff here are absolutely useless. No sense of urgency whatsoever and I have not once received my prescriptions on time despite ordering them well in advance. Staff are also very rude. Very disappointing due to the GP’s and doctors being very friendly.

Just been in with my daughter to try & get her registered, my daughter tried to explain to the receptionist she is 31 weeks pregnant and need to be referred to hospital as she has to have 2 scans a week she is high risk pregnancy! Receptionist didnt seem to care !and said one problem at a time rude, ignorant no patient care, music to loud couldn't here her speak!.
