Went in Saturday pm and was met by Doug who's service throughout has been friendly and efficient. Chose a gas fire after been shown around show room. Was recommended one from a local firm based in Telford which we liked. Was fitted by Mr Friend on the following Wednesday. "Grate" service from start to finish, highly recommend.

Thank you Doug and team, it looks fab can't fault anything, from start to finish, it has taken me a long time to get something this good because of a very fussy husband, couldn't believe that both of us liked it so much, we went in a couple of times to see what electric fires they had and seen this one left the first time but about a month later went back and ordered it didn't expect it so quickly but I am so glad we went back, Doug was so patient and answered all the question we had and the fitters where great they were tidy i just left them to it. I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of a new fire and nothing is too much trouble, fantastic service well done Doug and team.
