Alder tree was listed as potted and shown potted in photo on website with no mention of rootballed therefore purchased a 3.5M Alder Tree but was disappointed to discover it was root balled in a canvas wrap and just stuck in a pot with hardly any roots, dispite my efforts I didn't come back this spring and died. None of the other trees I purchased are doing any good also. All trees I purchased elsewhere are doing Great.

No Good Will at Grasslands! Back in April 21 we placed a big order for a plant delivery. Two of these were Acers costing around £140 each. 2 years on and one of the Acers are in full leave whist the other one has died back. I contacted Grasslands to enquire about a replacement only to be told this is to be expected! They would not offer a replacement. So think before you buy at Grasslands as my local garden centre at Astbury Garden Centre offer a 5 year guarantee on all hardly plants. They do offer good will.
