Very bad delivery services…almost exceed the promised delivery date 3 weeks, called customer services several times for getting know the location of my parcel, still no answers, spent almost 300…and even do not know where exactly is my parcel…and they refused refund…

Awful awful awful!!!!!! Avoid purchasing from there any way the customer service is no help at all. They promise delivery on 2nd May which is not coming to our home. We spend the entire day just waiting for this item. Not help cheat our money and even not refund.

Would have given 0 stars if I could! Placed a order and was told a delivery date. Booked the day off work to be in to then be told after a hour on the phone that it would be there the next day. Then nothing the next day again. Called again another hour on the phone to be told Saturday delivery 100% guaranteed. Saturday morning comes get a email off the currier stating it will be delivered Monday, this company is quick enough to take payment but doesn't want to know when it comes to customer aftercare. So still here now nearly 3 weeks since my order still no grass!

Don’t use this company, ordered grass, took a day off work and waited in all day for delivery, at 4pm checked my tracking, didn’t work, tried to ring their courier Tufnells, couldn’t get through, rang Grass Warehouse, and he chases and tells me they aren’t going to deliver today, they’re going to deliver Monday. I gave them 2 choices, compensate me or give me refund, they wouldn’t compensate me and have refused to give me a refund until they get their grass back from the their courier (as they might not get it back and be out of pocket I was told), like that’s my problem. I run a business and this day waiting has cost me, so I’m now out of pocket and now have to wait to see if I get a refund (which I’m sure is illegal). A complaint will be going in.

We ordered the Parallax 32mm and it looks so realistic and feels fantastic. I was apprehensive of laying it myself but it couldn’t have been easier, as long as you take the time and effort to prep the area before. It’s easy to cut and shape with a sharp Stanley knife. Delivery was so prompt and I would recommend to anyone who was thinking of artificial grass.

Good quality grass at a good price, quick delivery what more could you ask for. We laid it ourselves after putting weed membrane, subbase and other stuff that I cannot remember down, and I think it looks brilliant, better that the mud and weeds that we had before. Looks great all year round, and great for our dogs as well as it is very hard wearing. The grass looks great after the winter all you have to do is give it a quick brush.

The worst company I have ever dealt with, really don’t care about the customer and constant lies regarding delivery dates etc. In the end managed to deliver 2 lots of grass both of which were damaged however this did take them close to 8 weeks to provide this horrific customer experience. Be warned and look elsewhere. In the end I ordered from a different company and it was delivered next day.

Avoid this company, 1 of their colleagues agreed product was not of good standard, I payed extra £50 for a product replacement, I waited for delivery date but was then told that replacement order was cancelled as another colleague thought product was fine, so now I’m stuck with substandard grass, which my dog wouldn’t even mess on !!!
