Used a few times and was always content. But it's true that you measure a company by its level of service and you only see that when it goes wrong, rather than using this as an opportunity to prove I had made the right choice by using GraphicsDirect I was told that a discount code wouldn't be applied post as I'd already received a discount on the pens. I was lied to, the code does work and I'd have received it if id seen the code a few hours before. Very poor customer service and shopping experience. I won't use again, I don't enjoy arguing to receive what they are offering and I certainly don't enjoy being lied to. Needless to say I won't be using them again, plenty of other shops out there. (edit) No I used the loyalty points, the discount code appeared on my Instagram feed minutes later and if you had actually read the correspondence this would be apparent. I was lied to and not felt like I was lied to, big difference. I was told the discount code wouldn't have worked on the pens as they was already on offer, however a simple test proved they did.
