I am running a business for the last 6 years and during this time I have switched about 10 agencies who were running my PPC campaigns, while trying to find the best one. I have a fair knowledge about Google ads myself, so what I came across, that all of these agencies mostly have no real care of their client, poor communication, poor ads setup, lack of ads improvement and updates, you are just a number for them added on their revenue pile.
