I ordered some bits in Monday, first thing in the morning. Wednesday today, so 3 days have gone, my order is still processing. To be honest, i think they could have done better. Also need to sort out their stock or something, as most of their airbrush stuff is on a 10 working days deliver. Nowadays this is way too long, especially when you consider amazon can do same day delivery. Will wait to see if parts turn up by Friday, thus keeping within the 3 to 5 days delivery timeline promised, if yes, I’ll revisit this review and change the rating

Ordered an airbrush part and some paint, after 2 weeks had to chase them to actually get it shipped, another 2 weeks later nothing has arrived. Edit, got a phonecall from Graphic air, they are offering to replace everything and re send right away

Make no bones about it - these people KNOW what they are talking about and REALLY understand their market. After calling them regarding what I thought I needed they advised me to rethink based on the sort of materials I use, what I make and how I work. Needless to say they were right, and more importantly I was wrong! Let me add something else into the mix. I was on a deadline to finish some work, so these guys went out of their to ensure the tool I needed arrived in time 10/10

This company is extremely professional and has the most amazing customer service! A compressor I purchased wasn’t working to the best of its abilities, as soon as I contacted customer service they immediately sent a courier the very next morning to bring me a replacement. Would highly recommend Graphic Air :)

Absolutely excellent customer service. I was really struggling with the product which would best suit my needs and I rang up and spoke to one of the experts at Graphic Air. He helped me choose between getting an Iwata Airbrush, Paasche Airbrush and a Badger Airbrush. I didn't have a lot of money to pay about with and they helped me find the best Airbrush at the most affordable price. Having had a look at many other online Airbrush sellers, I soon saw that Graphic Air were the Cheapest Online. I would highly recommend Graphic Air to anybody who is looking at getting into Airbrushing. Even if you are a seasoned professional the guys over at Graphic Air would be able to give you advice on your next purchase.
