If your delivery slot is before the office opens nobody ever answers the security intercom so you have to sit outside and wait until somebody comes. There will probably be another trailer parked in where you need to deliver so you will have to wait again. Then depending on which forklift driver you get you could be waiting a long time, 2 hours plus is normal for me.
