Granville lofts in Birmigham is a really great location , only 5 mins wlak to the mailbox , 11 mins to the bullring shopping centre , depending upon which side of the building you are on you have open views to the Canel and towards peace gardens and on the other side the city, resturants are a plenty and only a short wlak to broad street with the tram thta takes you everywhere. Nice entrance to the building , lifts to all floors and underground car parking, for a city center apartment they are in a fabulous location.

The elevators here will eventually kill someone or seriously injure them. Property management doesn’t seem to be bothered by this. Parcels are stolen everyday, front door is unlocked (usually requires a fob to enter) AirBNB’s are also hosted here, so expect parties, mess left everywhere and disruptive behaviour. Also a few escorts seem to have made the building their base of operations.

Architectural disaster! Bins of whole building are located *inside a room*, on the ground floor. Bikes and parcels are stolen all the time. No sound isolation, as I can hear neighbours' conversation topics, and let's not forget: windows only open 15 cm, so good luck in summer!
