Approaching 5 years after completion of my Granville property, defective render throughout the development, brickwork pointing is crumbling, and stained walls due to lack of rust resistant fixings. Granville are uncooperative and unwilling to remedy their quality defects. I’m now left to foot an expensive bill to put right. Far from the level of quality I would expect from purchasing a premium bungalow. Would NOT RECOMMEND purchasing a Granville property.
