I've used Granville Auto Centre for about 4 years, for MOTs, servicing and any any other repairs (except some electrical work and alloy wheel work, for which they recommended specific mechanics). They now recognise me as a regular customer, and yesterday (I was having a bad day) treated me with care and concern, over and above what I would except even from excellent customer service (which I have always received here). Hard recommend, I travel to them despite now living in Blackpool, and will continue to do so.

The staff at this garage are amazing. We had major problems with our car in November and they were really helpful sorting it out so we could have all our Christmas family celebrations in Scotland and Yorkshire. They were equally helpful, when we had a problem when we had to travel to take an elderly relative to a hospital appointment. There prices are very competitive as well.

I cannot recommend this garage enough! The staff are very friendly, helpful and competent. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and I was kept fully updated with the progress on my car. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole customer service, I felt really looked after here - 10/10. I was on holiday in the area when my battery warning light came on. They fitted me in immediately to check my battery and arranged for one to be delivered within the hour. The mechanic, Kieran, was really courteous and knowledgeable. I felt confident in their service and they even washed my car. Nobody ever likes spending money out on their car when you never 'see' the benefits, but I left this garage smiling and happy. Couldn't have asked for more... I wish there was one of these garages by me!!
