The Heli truck Grant Handling supplied us broke down this week. I called the Surrey office and a helpful member of staff arranged an engineer to come out first thing the next day and got it back up and running straight away. Their Heli trucks are excellent machines and if we ever have issues we can always depend on them.

Absolute jokers. Do not use them. First it took them WEEKS after constant chasing to get a reply to even get them to turn up despite initially saying they would come asap. Then they finally turn up and they apparently fix our CESAB forklift but as soon as they left the error came back and it wasn't working. The icing on the cake is that they then reinvoice with a much larger amount because it took more time than they thought to fix and then give NO ETA on fixing the truck as they have to 'call the manufacturer' even though when I initially spoke to them they claimed they were experts in all brands of forklifts. Funnily enough the truck stopped working shortly after. We contacted Grant Handling and NONE of their staff replied to help at all apart from their Accounts team who were chasing an invoice. We then had no faith in them so we decided to call a new company who came within an hour, fixed the error within an hour and we've had no issues since at all. This company are cowboys who don't care about you, look to charge as much as possible and are the most unreliable company we have dealt with just to get quotes and actually turn up. Please trust me when I say that there are MUCH better companies to do this type of work. They probably won't bother to reply to this review but if they did they'll of course find some way to remove themselves of any responsibility.
