Experience was excellent, such a professional and courteous agent. Dealt directly with Grant on the sale of the property owned by my younger brother in chafford Hundred, Sewell close. We had several valuations from other agents and to be brutally honest the others we met with were only focused on a quick sale and undervalued his property and made us feel awkward. Grant was the exact opposite.. He valued the property spot on to complete the sale early 2021 and was on hand to meet and showcase the property.
