Visited the show room at Hatton. The lady who worked there, watched me struggle with my pushchair through the door, then just stood there looking at me. I then asked if I could get an idea of price for quartz overlay for our kitchen (and if I could send over sizes for this) I was met with “oh it’s very expensive”… when I tried to ask for price differences with different styles I was again told “oh that one is our premium price”. Clearly this ‘sales’ women had decided on judgement that I would be unable to afford this product!! So we went elsewhere with our money…

The worktops and upstands have been installed expertly, leaving no gaps or joins visible. On the day of fitting, Aaron and Tom came as a double act and worked fast and efficient and were very professional. I had a kitchen update with new doors and granite style work surfaces. Right from the start everything just worked. The communication between everyone in the company was always exactly as agreed. The actual kitchen fitter (Tom) did an amazing job and the transformation was perfect in just 3 days as promised. I appreciated the way Tom respected our home ,was so tidy, always made sure I could use the kitchen and came up with neat little design ideas so my final new kitchen was perfect. Would thoroughly recommend having this done even during COVID, as a no problems/delays encountered. Service: Remodeling
